Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our HR transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design
  • Must have good implementation experience in OTL module - Timecard/Timecard Layout/Timecard Processing Profile/Timecard Approval Workflows
  • Must have experience in Page Personalization and customization.
  • Experience and expertise on working with the client on defining various Complex Fast Formulas for Absence & OTL

 

Key skills required

  • Must have experience of 5+ years or more life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • A strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.
  • Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
  • Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles
  • Must have good implementation experience in Absence module - Absence Types/Absence Plan/Absence Accrual Logics/Absence Validations Restrictions/Absence Approval Workflows
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
