Your work profile

As a Manager, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement Taleo in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. 

• A strong understanding of best practices.
• Understanding business requirements, must be able to map them to product features and convert into system configurations in Taleo.
• Design, build and configure the Taleo to align with the organization's HR processes and requirements.
• Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.
• Good understanding and experience in Security and approval configuration.
• Must have experience in Page Personalization and customization.
• Provide end-user support and training to Recruitment teams, Talent Acquisition Team, and Hiring Managers to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Taleo system.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Taleo and other HR systems (Oracle HCM, third-party tools)
• Build and optimize TCC (Taleo Connect Client) scripts
• Create and maintain OTBI/BI Publisher reports
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Oracle Support when needed
• Support data migrations and interface validations

Desired qualifications/ certification

• Must have experience of two life cycle implementations of Taleo implementations.
• 8+ years of experience and certification in Taleo.
• Bachelor's or Master's in any field.

Key skills required: 

• Proficient in TCC scripting, XML, Web Services, and API usage
• Experience in Taleo data models and reporting tools (OBIEE, BI Publisher)
• Knowledge of integration tools like OIC or middleware is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skills
