Your work profile

As a Manager in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Design, code, test, and debug PeopleSoft objects (Application Engine, People Code, SQR, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, etc.).
• Global Payroll – configuration, customization, and end-to-end processing.
• ADP Integration – interface design, testing, and seamless data flow.
• Solid understanding of Core HR and payroll business processes
• Customize and enhance delivered PeopleSoft modules based on business requirements.
• Develop reports and queries for business teams using SQR, PS/Query, and BI Publisher.
• Support data conversion, migration, and interface development with third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow coding best practices, prepare unit test plans, and maintain documentation.

Desired qualifications/ certification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key skills required: 

• 9+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong knowledge of People Tools, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, and SQR.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle preferred), SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience in PeopleSoft HCM / Finance modules (customize based on your need).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft PUM images, patches, and upgrades.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
