Job Title: T&T- HC- HRT- Peoplesoft- Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities within the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management suite. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across HCM modules along with technical expertise in PeopleTools and related technologies to design and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand HR processes and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
- Provide techno-functional support across multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and functional setup of HCM modules.
- Develop and troubleshoot PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, SQRs, Integration Broker, and Workflow.
- Participate in fit-gap analysis, design, testing (unit, system, and UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
- Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and PUM image application.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and process efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional roles.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least two or more HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor).
- Technical proficiency with PeopleTools 8.x, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and Integration Broker.
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM architecture, security, reporting, and workflow design.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PUM/Tools upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft HCM with external systems or Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Exposure to global HR, multi-country payroll, or compliance configurations.
- Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Database, and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher).
- Prior experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
