Your work profile

As a Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportITDA professional should have:

• SAP HR ABAP Consultant. ABAP with HR/HCM module development.
• Data Replication from Success Factors to ECC/ ECP/S4 Hana.
• Can develop and work with ABAP object and classes, Enhancements (BADI and Exit). Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms and Workflow).
• Ability to understand the functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.

Key skills required: 

• Minimum 2+ years Project experience with SAP HR ABAP/4 and HANA preferable
• ABAP certified consultants preferred.
• Good to have exposure in SAP Web Dynpro + Workflow
• Should have experience in minimum 2 implementation and 2 AMS experience
• Should be able to understand the process knowledge of Development life cycle.
