Your work profile

As a Manager, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportI TDA professional should have

 

  • Platform Strategy & Governance: Define and implement SAP BTP tenant strategy, including DEV, QAS, and PRD environments. 
  • Govern infrastructure components such as Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and HANA Cloud. Ensure compliance with SAP Cloud ALM and Identity Access Governance protocols.
  • Lead development of custom applications using SAP BTP services, including Fiori, CAP, and MDK. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools. 
  • Oversee seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems using OData, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Operations & Monitoring: Implement end-to end monitoring using SAP Cloud ALM and CALM tools. 
  • Define KPIs for platform performance and incident resolution. Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Basis, Security, Infra, and Functional leads. Mentor BTP consultants and developers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Engage with business stakeholders to align BTP capabilities with strategic objectives. 

 

Key skills required: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8-12 years of SAP / BTP experience, and a strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture, services, and governance
  • Best Practices & Standards: Stay up-to-date with SAP HCM best practices and Indian payroll regulations and trends. Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and standards related to Indian payroll.
  • Client Communication (India Focus): Communicate effectively with clients in India, both verbally and in writing, considering cultural nuances. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
