Your work profile
As a Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Integration Support & Enhancements:
- Support and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using CPI, Dell Boomi, and BIB Replication.
- Perform mapping, transformations, and troubleshooting of interfaces, ensuring smooth and timely data flow.
- Handle incident resolution and change requests related to middleware and replication scenarios.
- Monitor integration flows, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Data Model Understanding & Configuration:
- Apply working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., EC, Time, Recruiting) and SAP S/4HANA HCM data structures to build effective integrations.
- Work on field mapping, value transformations, and validation logic based on client-specific processes.
Team Collaboration & Shift Support:
- Collaborate with functional consultants and AMS leads to support daily operations and ticket resolution.
- Support shift handovers and ensure timely updates in ticketing tools and monitoring dashboards.
- Share knowledge with junior analysts and contribute to internal documentation efforts.
Cross-Module Support & Testing:
- Coordinate with cross-functional module teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
- Participate in integration testing, regression testing, and rollout support during updates or new implementations.
Key skills required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations in: CPI, Dell Boomi Integration platform, BIB replication. Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.- Must to have
- Ability to analyze payloads, troubleshoot interface issues, and work with middleware tools effectively. Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling. Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks.
