Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Integration Support & Enhancements:

Support and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using CPI, Dell Boomi, and BIB Replication.
Perform mapping, transformations, and troubleshooting of interfaces, ensuring smooth and timely data flow.
Handle incident resolution and change requests related to middleware and replication scenarios.
Monitor integration flows, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Data Model Understanding & Configuration:

Apply working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., EC, Time, Recruiting) and SAP S/4HANA HCM data structures to build effective integrations.
Work on field mapping, value transformations, and validation logic based on client-specific processes.

Team Collaboration & Shift Support:

Collaborate with functional consultants and AMS leads to support daily operations and ticket resolution.
Support shift handovers and ensure timely updates in ticketing tools and monitoring dashboards.
Share knowledge with junior analysts and contribute to internal documentation efforts.

Cross-Module Support & Testing:

Coordinate with cross-functional module teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
Participate in integration testing, regression testing, and rollout support during updates or new implementations.

Key skills required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations in: CPI, Dell Boomi Integration platform, BIB replication. Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.- Must to have
Ability to analyze payloads, troubleshoot interface issues, and work with middleware tools effectively. Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling. Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks.
