Your work profile

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and evolve the Core HR technology architecture to align with enterprise-wide business strategies.
• Transformation & Innovation: Drive HR digital transformation by implementing advanced tools, AI/ML methods, and automated workflows to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily HR technology operations, ensuring 24/7 service availability, high-quality solution delivery, and compliance with SLAs.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish platform governance, data privacy standards, and security protocols across the HR technology ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between local GCC teams, global HR leadership, and technology partners to prioritize initiatives.
• People Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and configuration specialists.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with implementation partners and software vendors to ensure delivery excellence

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience of 15+yrs in SuccessFactors implementations (across modules)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and grow the team.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
• Experience with change management and training strategies is a plus
