Your work profile

As a Manager, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

  • Implementation and configuration: Design and implement the SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development Planning modules, translating business requirements into system configurations.
  • Talent management: Configure talent pools, succession org charts, development plans, competency mapping, and calibration processes.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
  • Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into succession readiness, talent gaps, and development trends.
  • Project management: Manage project workstreams, monitor progress, and work collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Support and training: Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and develop user documentation and training materials. 

 

Key skills required: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically PMGM.
  • Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Performance & Goals (PMGM) modules is essential.
  • System knowledge: Deep understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, solution design, and role-based permissions (RBP) is needed.
  • HR and business acumen: Ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand and align succession criteria and talent strategies with business goals.
  • Project management skills: Experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning to go-live.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to use reporting tools like People Analytics to deliver actionable insights.
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are often preferred.
