Your work profile
As a Manager, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
- Designing and implementing Workforce Planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP IBP, BPC, DataSphere, and BTP.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align planning strategies across SAP and Workday.
- Developing data models and visualizations in SAP SAC that support actionable insights and scenario planning.
- Integrating data across SAP BTP, SAP DataSphere, and other BI platforms.
- Leveraging SAP IBP and BPC for advanced planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency across planning models and source systems.
Key skills required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in SAP Analytics
- This role demands strong handson expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), especially in Workforce Planning, and familiarity with SAP IBP, BPC, DataSphere, and BTP.
- Experience integrating SAP solutions with Workday is essential.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
