Your work profile

  • Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
  • Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules
  • Set up compensation plans and roll out to employees

 

Key skills required: 

  • Must be certified in Workday Core Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
  • Should have minimum 10+ Years of Workday Compensation implementation and/or support experience
  • Ability to autonomously lead compensation work stream through all project phases
  • Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Compensation global rollouts
  • Functional experience in at least 2 or more disciplines which includes Human Resources and Compensation. Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruitment is a plus
  • Experience and ability to gather, develop and translate business requirements to system configuration
  • Setting up market data, primary comp basis, severance and termination payouts
  • Workday security domains and maintaining security on business processes Exposure towards
  • GDPR requirements
  • Setting up advanced comp plans like Merit, Bonus and Stock
  • Compensation Participation rules, Compensation Grid, Metrics and Scorecards
  • Running year-end merit cycles
  • Experience in creating custom reports
