Your work profile

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for customizations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Workday EXTEND.
• Create custom reports, integrations, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement user interfaces and dashboards to improve user experiences.
• Develop integrations between Workday HCM/Financial Management and other systems using Workday EXTEND.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy between integrated systems.
• Build and maintain automated processes and workflows to streamline business operations.
• Implement business process automation to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Should have 10+ yrs of experience in this skill.
• Workday EXTEND certification is a plus.
• Strong experience in application development and customization.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
