Your work profile

• Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
• Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules
• Set up compensation plans and roll out to employees

Key skills required: 

• 7+ years of Experience in WD Reporting
• Education B.tech,Bba
• Certification Expected - Advanced Reporting, Good to have PRISM
• Expert in Custom report and candidate should have experience with several reports like Simple, Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports using Report Writer.
• Expert in Calculated Fields should have created various calculated fields with low and High complexity.
• Good to have experience in Dashboard creation
• Should have knowledge on Prism analytics
• Experience in BIRT would be added advantage
• Should have experience in Report Monitoring jobs.
• Should have knowledge on report performance optimization.
• Functional knowledge on HCM, Benefits and compensation modules
• Expertise in Building Prism Datasets, Publishing, Migrating & Creating reports on top of Datasets.
• Hands-on experience In Migrating the reports from Lower tenant to Sandbox and Production using Object Transporter (OX2)
