Your work profile
As a Visual Designer at the Senior Consultant level within Deloitte’s Content COE, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to execute communication, engagement, and learning assets for large‑scale transformation and change projects. In this role, you will create high‑quality, execution‑ready visual designs that bring approved strategies to life across multiple channels and support adoption at scale.
- Perform project tasks independently and, when required, direct, coach, and supervise the efforts of analysts.
- Execute approved design and communication approaches in line with defined project plans, ensuring high‑quality delivery against client and contract requirements.
- Translate signed‑off communication strategies, plans, and creative direction into scaled, execution‑ready visual assets.
- Maintain and expand client relationships through reliable, high‑quality delivery and responsiveness during execution‑intensive phases of engagements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to execution quality, timelines, and alignment with approved strategy, escalating risks as needed with appropriate guidance from the manager/director.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and reuse of execution assets for new business and internal initiatives.
- Manage personal and professional development, including deepening execution excellence, design mastery, and delivery‑focused consulting skills.
- Manage execution of the day‑to‑day design plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.
Provide hands‑on implementation support across workstreams during high‑volume or time‑sensitive phases of delivery. - Contribute to practice building, standardization, templates, accelerators, and other internal initiatives (additional responsibilities).
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, E-learning Development, UI/UX Design, or Digital Content Creation are preferred.
