Your work profile
As a Consultant in our Organisation Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:-
• Support delivery of client engagements and develop quality deliverables.
• Assist in identifying client needs and contributing to solution development.
• Execute change management activities, plans, and project milestones.
• Support business transformation initiatives (process, technology, culture, M&A).
• Assist in client interviews, research, analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and presentations.
• Support stakeholder communication and engagement activities.
• Provide implementation support across projects.
• Contribute to internal practice initiatives and personal skill development.
• Apply appropriate change management tools and methodologies.
Key skills required:
• Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or other relevant field.
• Relevant work experience of 2-5 years or more in Transformational Change/ Cultural Change/ ERP implementation.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to take initiative and work with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
