Your work profile

  • Leading/managing high-quality learning interventions, such as vILts, expert-led trainings, self-paced trainings, digital learning products, performance support tools, etc. that are tailored to project briefs and requirements basis the agreed timeline.
  • Independently overseeing conceptualization and delivery of design projects. Managing learning projects or deliverables to a business-ready standard, with limited oversight
  • Developing content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message. Contributing ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques
  • Measuring and analysing current learning efforts. Aligning and using appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project basis the client’s brand guidelines
  • Enabling and managing design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions with the team and project stakeholders. Staying on top of the competitive design landscape to better understand the client’s objectives and industry trends and share these insights with the design team

Key skills required: 

  • Good knowledge of instructional design methods, models such as Bloom’s taxonomy, ADDIE, Gagne’s nine events of instructions, Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, etc. Knowledge of working on technology transformation projects. Strong hold in MS Office (suite). Basic knowledge of Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline 360/SAP Enable Now.
  • Relevant work experience of 6-8 years or more as an ID, digital content creator or related role preferably with agency and corporate.
