HRT 

• Support the design and delivery of HR transformation, employee experience, tech strategy etc. projects
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights that inform client solutions
• Develop clear, compelling client deliverables including presentations, frameworks, process flows, and reports
• Coordinate project logistics, document key outcomes from client interactions, and track deliverables across workstreams
• Collaborate closely with larger team to ensure high-quality, timely outputs
• Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building within the team.
• Actively build expertise in HR domains and consulting skills through hands-on project experience

UI/UX Designer

·      Lead UI/UX design for digital HR tools, portals, and apps across the employee lifecycle

·      Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs aligned with enterprise design systems

·      Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations and validate outcomes

·      Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
