Your work profile

As a Manager in our Organization Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving change management deliverables across a range of change projects, including technology-led change (ERP, AI, RPA), cultural transformation, and mergers & acquisitions.

You will also be responsible for contributing to business development, practice-building initiatives, and internal programs through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and active participation as both a team member and an independent contributor. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to high-quality outcomes and consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead/manage teams independently while also operating as an individual contributor to deliver high-quality change interventions, such as case for change, change management strategy and plan, stakeholder assessment and analysis, change impact analysis, communication plan and execution, change agent network, change readiness assessment, change adoption, and sustenance activities tailored to project requirements within agreed timelines.

· Develop content and drive creative execution to deliver consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging, while independently owning key communication deliverables and stakeholder engagement activities.

· Strong understanding of how artificial intelligence enhances change management through data-driven insights and accelerated delivery, with the ability to apply these approaches independently across projects.

·  Manage change projects and deliverables to a business-ready standard with limited oversight, demonstrating accountability as both a team leader and hands-on contributor.

·  Work as a change SME to design and estimate change management solutions based on RFPs and project briefs, develop strategic recommendations, and client-ready outputs.

·  Contribute ideas for change initiatives by researching and recommending innovative communication and engagement approaches to strengthen change adoption, proactively driving execution as an individual contributor, if required.

·  Demonstrate excellent communication skills by actively participating in discussions with teams and clients, influencing decisions, and proposing innovative ideas and solutions.

·  Stay informed on the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client priorities to generate actionable insights and translate them into effective change approaches.

·  Take ownership of personal and professional development, including expanding consulting expertise, leadership capabilities, and specialized change management skills.

·  Contribute to practice-building initiatives and internal programs through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and active participation as both a team member and independent contributor.

·  Provide functional content, including Deloitte’s point of view on change management, to support business development, proposal responses, client pursuits, and related growth initiatives.

 

Desired Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma/master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Organization Development, Change and leadership, or other relevant fields.

·  Relevant experience of 8-10 years in delivering change management initiatives, preferably in consulting engagements or in-house corporate transformation programs.

·  Strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change adoption strategies.

·  Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

·  Good knowledge of technology ERP applications, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.

·  Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and digital engagement tools.

·  Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality client-ready deliverables within agreed timelines. Exposure to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, RFP responses.

·  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

·   Creative and innovative mindset.

·   Ability to take initiative, interact with all levels of management, and think strategically and artistically.

·   Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

 

Good to have skills & experience

·   Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide technology transformation programs across industries.

·   Experience leading non-technology change initiatives, including culture transformation, organizational restructuring, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, and operating model changes, to name a few.

·   Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in fast-paced consulting engagements.

·   Exposure to data-driven change approaches, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled change solutions, is an advantage.

·   Exposure to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, solution positioning, and supporting growth opportunities within consulting engagements.

·   Strong consulting, problem-solving, and client management capabilities with a strategic and execution-focused mindset.

·   Certification in change management methodologies such as PROSCI, Agile Change Management, or preferred equivalent frameworks.
