Role Overview

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to grow an emerging product initiative within the organization. In this role you will drive product execution, customer value and shape the future of solutions across various different industry verticals. The group operates in a startup like environment within the larger confines of Deloitte.

Profile requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience, including atleast 3yrs managing SaaS products
• Successful in growing the product revenue in a B2B environment
• Curiosity and awareness of emerging AI technologies and trends, quick prototyping of ideas along with the ability to figure out how they can drive business value
• Ability to do market research, competitive benchmarking, data driven mindset to drive product decisions. Translate product strategies and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs)
• Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a dynamic environment while being able to manage the organization elements across various teams
• Understanding of platform architecture, scalability, performance and cost considerations
• Be able to execute the delivery and ongoing product lifecycle by working closely with engineering, sales, support, marketing and business teams
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly communicate product vision and benefits to enable effective product launches and adoption strategies
• Broad thinking across all areas of product and GTM with the ability to drive cross-functional teams across various levels in the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Drive end-to-end product development, taking features from concept to production with minimal supervision.
• Iterative Development: Build, ship, and iterate rapidly to meet business deadlines and user requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Software Craftsmanship: Write high-quality, scalable code and ensure the performance and maintainability of the codebase.
• Technical Problem Solving: Analyse complex systems and resolve technical issues from development to production.
• AI-Augmented Software Development: Use AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate development of product features. Generate, review, and refine code produced by AI tools.
• Validation: Take full responsibility of unit testing and ensure bug free code is delivered. Also, validate correctness, security, and performance of AI-generated code.

Product Component Development

• Design and implement: Microservices, APIs and integration services, Data pipelines, Event-driven architectures, Domain services
• Ensure all components are: Scalable, Observable, Secure, Cloud-ready and are maintainable for long-term.
• AI Agent Orchestration: Use modern AI frameworks to automate engineering workflows such as: Code generation, Test creation, Documentation, Refactoring, Debugging
• Quality Engineering: Ensure high product quality by reviewing AI-generated code, writing automated tests, performing performance and security reviews
• Continuous Delivery and DevOps: Work with modern DevOps practices which includes adhering to defined CI/CD pipelines and building all components for cloud-native deployment.

Location and way of working

• Location- Bangalore
• Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
• Education :  MCA/ Mtech/ MBA/ B. Tech/ BBA/ BSC/ BE/ B.Com
