- Understand Process Mining solution offered by platforms like Signavio, Celonis & its existing capabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data from various on-premise and cloud-based systems
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data sources
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and apply performance tuning techniques such as indexing and partitioning
- Work closely with IT teams and system experts to ensure proper data access, system configuration, and integration
- Design logical and physical data models to support business process mining use cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and process analysts to gather requirements and translate business logic into relevant KPI dashboards
- Document technical processes, data models, and pipeline configurations for transparency and maintainability
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the data lifecycle
- Provide ongoing support for data-related issues and enhancements post-implementation
- Promote and implement best practices in data engineering and process mining across teams
