- Lead end-to-end implementation of process mining solutions using Celonis, Signavio, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand process landscapes and define analytical models.
- Design and develop event logs, data models, dashboards, and BPMN visualizations to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Conduct process assessments, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable insights using data-driven analysis.
- Support S/4HANA transformation programs, IT service management, and other strategic initiatives through process mining.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with source systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert in process analytics, sharing best practices and mentoring junior team members.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to explore joint opportunities for value realization and continuous improvement.
