Job Title: Teamcenter Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9-12 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions, with a strong understanding of business processes related to product lifecycle management. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful adoption of Teamcenter to optimize product development and collaboration workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

·      Analyze and translate business needs into Teamcenter functional specifications and workflows.

·      Configure Teamcenter modules including BOM management, change management, document management, and workflows.

·      Design and implement customizations and extensions in collaboration with technical teams.

·      Develop and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.

·      Provide functional support during implementation, testing (UAT), and deployment phases.

·      Train end-users and create training materials to facilitate smooth adoption.

·      Collaborate with developers and administrators for troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.

·      Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases and recommend improvements and best practices.

·      Support post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter modules and architecture.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

·      Strong experience on Siemens Teamcenter Solution Components, Data Model, Configurations and Customizations.

·      Proven experience in implementing PLM business processes including BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Workflow.

·      Understanding of CAD integration with Teamcenter (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, CATIA).

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with business stakeholders.

·      Experience with Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies.

·      Exposure to scripting/configuration tools used in Teamcenter.
