Your work profile

• We are seeking an experienced Tech Specialist Blue Yonder to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.
• This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, requiring both hands-on involvement and strategic oversight.

Experience: 6–10 Years

Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA

Key skills required: 

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Blue Yonder Common Module (platform setup, data model, workflows, integration framework)
• Blue Yonder Commit/Promising Module (ATP/CTP logic, Order promising rules, Inventory availability checks)

Core Knowledge

• Deep understanding of Blue Yonder architecture and platform capabilities
• Basic SQL Knowledge
• Integration touchpoints between Blue Yonder and enterprise applications (ERP, OMS, WMS)

Additional Skills

• Exposure to other BY modules (Demand, Fulfillment, ESP, WMS).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools for functional validation

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven ability to interpret business scenarios and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience with testing cycles, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven implementation or support experience in Blue Yonder Common Module and Commit/Promising
• Relevant Blue Yonder certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or omnichannel fulfilment domains
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree

Your role: 

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead solution design for Blue Yonder Common Module and Commit/Promising Module aligned to business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and optimize architecture for:
• ATP / CTP logic
• Inventory availability models
• Order promising rules
• Fulfillment and allocation workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solution designs and configuration strategies.
• Review and guide integration architecture between Blue Yonder and upstream/downstream systems such as:
• ERP
• OMS
• WMS
• Middleware / APIs
• Provide technical-functional leadership during:
• Architecture reviews
• Functional design approvals
• Production issue triage
• Act as SME for Blue Yonder platform capabilities and recommend solution improvements.

Engineering Management

• Lead end-to-end functional delivery across implementation and support programs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align business goals with technology.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering excellence.

Database & Data Architecture

• Provide functional oversight of Blue Yonder data models and configuration entities.
• Support data mapping and reconciliation across interfaces and integrations.
• Support architecture decisions involving:
• Data flow optimization
• Reporting or analytics inputs
• Performance considerations related to data volume and availability checks
