Role Summary

Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Director to lead consulting partner relationships and ecosystem engagement. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Adobe, clients, and partner organizations, driving resource alignment, demand fulfillment, stakeholder management, and operational excellence across strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strategic relationships with consulting and implementation partners.

Drive partner ecosystem strategy, engagement, and governance.

Oversee demand planning, resource allocation, and fulfillment activities.

Lead business reviews, governance forums, and stakeholder meetings.

Monitor partner performance, capacity, and delivery effectiveness.

Manage escalations and drive continuous process improvements.

Collaborate with internal Adobe teams to support customer success and business growth.

Required Experience

15–20 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliance Management, Vendor Management, Consulting Operations, or related functions.

Proven experience managing consulting partners and strategic ecosystems.

Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple organizations.
