         Your work profile

 

 

         As a Consultant in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

 

         Key skills required: 

 

 

  • Account manager - Client & Account Management
  • Support senior account managers in managing client relationships and expectations
  • Attend client calls and internal briefings, capture notes, next steps, and action items
  • Assist in preparing decks, status reports, and weekly updates
  • Gather and understand client briefs; help translate them into actionable tasks for the creative team
  • Coordinate feedback cycles and ensure clarity between client and internal teams
  • Maintain an organized archive of client assets, references, briefs, and approvals

 

 

         Project & Workflow Management:

 

 

  • Create and track project timelines, tasks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across creative, design, strategy, production, and media teams
  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery schedules to ensure projects stay on track
  • Flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks early to senior management
  • Support resource planning and keep project trackers updated
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before sharing with clients

 

 

         Campaign & Operational Support:

 

 

  • Assist with end‑to‑end execution of campaigns—social, digital, print, and film
  • Document campaign performance, manage reports, and help collate insights
  • Coordinate with vendors/production partners where required
  • Help in managing budgets, invoices, and basic financial tracking

         Experience & Qualifications:

 

 

  • 2-5 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or creative agencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of creative briefs, content calendars, and digital campaigns

  • Base location: Bengaluru
  • Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
