          As a Consultant in our M&C:AMC Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

  • SFMC Tester Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bengaluru Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented SFMC Tester with 3–5 years of experience in testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for validating marketing campaigns, automation workflows, data integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SFMC modules.

 

 

 

          Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios for SFMC applications Validate email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and customer journeys.
  • Test Automation Studio workflows, Journey Builder flows, and data extensions Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Validate data accuracy between SFMC and integrated systems (CRM, APIs, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing validation and personalization checks.
  • Ensure proper rendering of emails across devices and clients Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and marketing teams Support release cycles and production deployments Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent rules
  • Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in SFMC Strong understanding of: Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder.
  • Experience in campaign testing and validation Knowledge of SQL for data validation Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email testing Experience with API testing tools (Postman, etc.)
  • Understanding of data models and segmentation in SFMC
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)  Preferred SkillsSFMC certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Admin)
  • Experience with AMPscript or SSJS (basic understanding is sufficient) Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium or similar)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with cross-channel campaign testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail good communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
