As a Director in our M&C Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Director with a strong background in leading end-to-end technology delivery and large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for anchoring delivery across multiple projects, managing large cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of complex technical transformation initiatives across industries.
The candidate should bring strong delivery leadership experience along with exposure to modern digital ecosystems including frontend technologies (mobile and web), MarTech platforms, and Content Management Systems.
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital and technology transformation programs across industries.
- Oversee delivery governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage and mentor large cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring quality and timely execution of projects.
- Work closely with clients, internal leadership, and engineering teams to drive program success.
- Establish delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on technology delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, productivity, and team performance.
Required Experience & Skills
- 14+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or digital transformation leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end technical transformation projects.
- Strong experience in managing large distributed delivery teams and complex engagements.
- Good exposure to frontend technologies across mobile and web ecosystems.
- Experience working with MarTech platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as Sitecore.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, stakeholder management, and client engagement.
