Key Responsibilities:

 

As a Manager in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

  • Client Leadership & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for senior client stakeholders
  • Lead annual, quarterly, and campaign-level planning conversations
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively bring opportunities, ideas, and solutions
  • Shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward stronger creative and business outcomes
  • Own business health—revenue, forecasting, profitability, and account growth

 

Strategic Thinking & Brand Stewardship

 

  • Translate business problems into sharp insights, inspiring briefs, and actionable strategies
  • Partner with Strategy Directors to define brand positioning, audience segmentation, and communication frameworks
  • Bring an informed POV on culture, media, and consumer behaviour to influence creative and marketing decisions
  • Ensure creative work ladders back to strategic intent and brand truth

 

 

Creative Leadership & Collaboration

 

  • Work closely with creative directors, copy leads, and designers to shape ideas from concept to final output
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for all work leaving the agency
  • Guide storytelling, messaging tone, narrative structure, and campaign articulation
  • Push for craft, innovation, and originality while balancing feasibility and timelines

 

Project & Delivery Ownership:

 

  • Oversee multiple workstreams across branding, digital, film, content, social, experiences, and integrated campaigns
  • Ensure timelines, scopes, and workflows are clear and managed effectively
  • Troubleshoot challenges early and mobilize teams to deliver excellence under pressure
  • Lead internal alignment across creative, strategy, production, and media teams

 

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

 

  • Mentor junior and mid‑level account managers and project managers
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high‑quality delivery
  • Develop talent through coaching, constructive feedback, and skill‑building

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 10–12 years in creative, digital, brand, content, or integrated agencies
  • A hybrid background—account + strategy, or account + creative/copy—is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience leading large accounts or multi‑market clients
  • Demonstrated ability to shape brand strategy, guide creative work, and manage senior stakeholders Skills & Competencies
  • Exceptional communication—verbal, written, narrative, and presentation
  • Strong strategic instincts with creative empathy
  • Ability to simplify complexity and articulate clear pathways
  • Calm presence, structured thinking, and leadership under pressure
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content, social, and creative production
  • Commercial mindset—budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
