         As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working       relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

      Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Modeller with strong experience in Product Visualization and XR (AR/VR/MR) environments. This role spans real-time applications across Gaming, ArchViz, FMCG, Automotive, and Digital Twin ecosystems. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, production-ready, and capable of delivering optimized assets for immersive and interactive platforms.

• Create high-quality 3D models for products, environments, and interactive XR experiences
• Develop assets optimized for real-time engines (Unity / Unreal Engine)
• Handle full asset lifecycle: modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, material setup, LOD creation
• Create animation-ready topology with clean edge flow
• Perform rigging and animation for products, characters, and interactive elements
• Work on lighting and rendering setups for real-time and cinematic outputs
• Ensure XR-ready optimization (poly count, draw calls, texture sizes)
• Support digital twin and simulation-based workflows
• Collaborate closely with developers, technical artists, and solution architects
• Maintain asset libraries and version control standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in 3D modelling and XR production pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Blender / Maya / 3ds Max
• Experience in Unreal Engine and/or Unity workflows
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows and real-time rendering constraints
• Solid experience in rigging and animation
• Experience creating product visualizations and interactive models
• Knowledge of texture baking, retopology, and optimization
• Familiarity with version control systems (Perforce/Git)

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse workflows (highly desirable)
• Exposure to USD pipelines and collaborative 3D environments
• Experience in Digital Twin or simulation projects
• Knowledge of Substance Painter/Designer
• Understanding of XR device constraints and deployment pipelines
• Experience with pixel streaming or web-based 3D delivery
