         Your work profile

         As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

         Key skills required: 

• CSC & Adobe Platform Administration
• Administer and configure Adobe AEM (Assets & Sites), Adobe Workfront, and Workfront Fusion to support CSC content operations.
• Create and manage:
• System configurations in Workfront, Fusion, AEM Assets, Content Hub, and AEM Sites
• API access management using AEM Developer Console
• Manage AEM Cloud Service environments to ensure stability and performance.
•  Support CSC application ecosystem including Jigsaw, Jarvis, Slide Genie, AJO, Contenthub and related platforms.
• User Access, Identity & Security Management
• Administer Adobe Admin Console:
• Manage users, groups, roles, and product profiles
• Perform access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role validation
• Manage service accounts, including:
• Creation, access validation, and lifecycle management
• Password resets and credential rotation
• Perform access roster reviews to ensure least-privilege access and compliance.
• Generate and maintain security and access reports for CSC systems.
• AEM Cloud Manager & Deployment Operations
• Create, manage, and monitor Cloud Manager pipelines for AEM Assets and AEM Sites.
• Configuration changes
• Code and content deployments
• Environment validation and post-deployment checks
• Coordinate with development teams on release planning and deployment readiness.
• GitHub Administration & DevOps Enablement
• GitHub Organizations and Teams
• Repository access controls and security settings
• Manage GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines for CSC applications.
• Pull Requests (PRs), reviews, approvals, and merge strategies
• Merge conflict resolution and branching governance
• Enforce repository security policies, secrets management, and CI/CD best practices.
• Enable and support deployment workflows using GitHub-based pipelines.

         Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Adobe Cloud Manager
• Basic knowledge in Adobe AEM (Assets & Sites)
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Workfront & Workfront Fusion
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Admin Console
• GitHub (Teams, Actions, CI/CD, PR management)

• Base location: Bengaluru 
• Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
