Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with 5–8 years of experience in marketing technology and customer data platforms. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing real-time customer data solutions and cross-channel journey orchestration within the Adobe ecosystem.
• This role requires strong hands-on expertise, solution design capability, and the ability to work closely with business and marketing stakeholders.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Develop, configure, and optimize cross-channel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Design XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Good SQL handson
• Strong knowledge of XDM modelling, identity graphs, profile datasets, and activation workflows.
• Implement real-time event-based triggers and streaming ingestion.
• Build complex audience segments and activate them across channels (Email, SMS, AJO Web Channel).
• Integrate AEP/AJO with CRM, CDP, and third-party systems via APIs.
• Develop reusable templates, content fragments, and personalization logic.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for batch and streaming data ingestion.
• Perform solution testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Handson in AEP Platform APIa

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• XDM schema modeling
• Identity Service & Profile Service
• Segmentation Service
• Real-Time CDP concepts
• Journey orchestration in AJO
• Experience with Adobe Web SDK / Edge Network implementation.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in integrating with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Working knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Tags (Launch).
• Understanding of customer data governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe certification in AEP or AJO.
