          Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with AEM Backend and DevOps expertise to drive end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service solution. This role blends backend engineering (Java, AEM) with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud operations, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-performing deployments.

You will work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to design, implement, and automate AEM solutions across environments.

• Design and develop backend solutions on AEM (Cloud Service) using Sling, OSGi, JCR, and AEM best practices.
• Implement custom services, servlets, workflows, schedulers, and event listeners.
• Work extensively with AEM Assets: metadata schemas, workflows, asset ingestion pipelines, and governance.
• Build integrations with external systems via REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and messaging platforms.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager and enterprise DevOps tools.
• Automate deployment processes across environments (Dev, Stage, Prod).
• Monitor and troubleshoot AEM Cloud environments, logs, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on release management, environment strategy, and rollback plans.
• Optimize AEM performance including dispatcher configuration, caching strategies, and repository queries.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability fixes, and access controls.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, product, and infrastructure teams.

              Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10+ years of IT experience with strong Java backend development
• 4+ years in AEM backend development
• Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Strong knowledge of Sling, OSGi, JCR and AEM architecture and deployment models
• Proven experience with DevOps practices includes CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Manager mandatory), Git branching strategies and Build tools (Maven)
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting AEM environments (Cloud).
• Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and Release management and environment promotion strategies
• Familiarity with Logging and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Cloud logs)
• Knowledge of Dispatcher/CDN caching and Oak indexing and query optimization
