Key skills required:
As a Team Lead in our M&C:AMC Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Tag Management: Implement and manage tags, triggers, and variables using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support data collection and tracking requirements. Ensure accurate configuration of tracking codes and scripts for GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Analytics Implementation: Configure and deploy Google Analytics 4 properties, including event tracking, eCommerce measurement, and custom dimensions/metrics. Set up and maintain Adobe Analytics implementations, including tag deployment, rule setup, and reporting structures.
- Data Validation & Troubleshooting: Test and validate implemented tracking codes to ensure data integrity across platforms. Diagnose and resolve tracking issues promptly using debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Tag Assistant, and others.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports and dashboards in GA4, Adobe Workspace, and other analytics tools to visualize key metrics. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate team members on analytics best practices and tools.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly audit analytics implementations to ensure compliance with evolving requirements and industry best practices. Optimize tracking setups to align with business goals and improve overall performance visibility.
