The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

SAP EHS SFM Consultant Professional should have:

 

involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions for EHS compliance and risk management, requiring a strong understanding of EHS regulations and SAP functional knowledge in areas like Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, and Compliance. Key responsibilities include fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, user training, and ensuring data accuracy to help organizations meet global EHS standards and sustainable practices. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation & Configuration: 
    Set up and customize SAP EHS modules (e.g., Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, global label management) to meet specific organizational and regulatory requirements. 
     
  • Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: 
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather EHS requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and design functional solutions to bridge any gaps. 
     
  • Data Management: 
    Create and manage EHS master data, including specifications (Real Substance, Listed Substance, FG specs), and ensure the accuracy and integrity of this data within the SAP EHS module. 
     
  • Compliance & Reporting: 
    Ensure compliance with global EHS regulations, configure systems for reporting (e.g., WWI templates, MSDS, global labels), and manage regulatory updates. 
     
  • Testing & Support: 
    Create and execute test scripts, provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve critical incidents to ensure system efficiency. 
     
  • User Training: 
    Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP EHS functionalities and best practices. 
     
  • Integration: 
    Work with other SAP modules (like MM, SD) and external applications to ensure seamless integration of EHS processes into the broader business operations. 
     

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

  • Technical Skills: 
    Expertise in the SAP EHS module, including specific sub-modules and enhanced features. Experience with tools like WWI templates, Adobe Forms, and data migration tools is often required. 
     
  • EHS Knowledge: 
    Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations, industry best practices, and risk assessment principles. 
     
  • Functional Skills: 
    Experience in creating functional specifications, configuring systems, and managing project documentation like PDDs and BPPs. 
     
  • Soft Skills: 
    Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
     
  • Experience: 
    Typically requires several years of experience in SAP EHS module implementation and support.
