The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.

What We’re Looking For:
Mandatory expertise required across relevant experience - Banking domain experience JQL, Data & Cloud is must
✔ Strong Scrum Fundamentals & Ceremony Governance
Able to facilitate structured, value-driven ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across teams.
✔ Hands-on JIRA Expertise
Experience with dashboarding, reporting, and basic JQL to provide transparency and support data-backed decision-making.
✔ Project Management Ownership Across the Delivery Lifecycle
Ability to drive execution across cloud and data-led engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
✔ Domain & Scaled Agile Exposure
Understanding of BFSI domain and experience working in SAFe or similar scaled Agile environments.
✔ 1–2 Years of Cloud & Data Project Experience
Practical exposure to data platform, analytics, or cloud modernization programs.
Education- B.Tech/MBA/BE/MCA
