Your work profile

• We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets to lead the design and implementation of digital asset management solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership and ensuring scalable and efficient DAM implementations.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of AEM Assets solutions.
• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and technical design.
• Develop and customize AEM Assets components, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of DAM implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects.
• Mentor developers and support technical problem-solving.
• Ensure smooth coordination with DevOps and integration teams.

Key skills required: 

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM.
• Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and AEM architecture.
• Experience with AEM workflows, metadata management, and asset processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile delivery models.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
• Base location: Bangalore
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
