Your Work Profile 

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of planning transformation solutions across business transformation programs.

•  

  Own estimation and delivery planning for digital transformation initiatives and maintain visibility through Jira and Agile delivery processes.

•  

  Define and implement enterprise-scale planning architectures covering demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, distribution planning, and integrated business planning.

•  

  Drive adoption of AI-enabled planning capabilities, advanced analytics, and control tower solutions within business transformation and modernization programs.

•  

  Collaborate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable transformation outcomes.

Key Skills Required 

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Optimization, Demand Forecasting, and S&OP transformation initiatives.

•  

  Strong expertise in planning process design, scenario modelling, control tower solutions, and planning analytics.

•  

  Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Advanced Planning Systems (APS), and planning transformation programs.

Experience 

• 8–15 years of overall experience.

•  

  3+ years of experience leading digital planning transformation, advanced planning implementations, or supply chain consulting engagements.

•  

  Demonstrated experience across FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Technology industries.

Languages 

• Strong Python development skills. 

• Experience with SQL and API-based integrations.
