Job Title: T&T - EAD - Consultant - SFDC Testing - Bengaluru-| Engineering
Role Summary
Salesforce Testing Consultant is responsible for validating Salesforce CRM implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and integrations. The consultant ensures business processes configured in Salesforce meet business requirements across functional, integration, and regression testing cycles.
Works closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Admins and Product Owners in Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Analysis
Understand business processes mapped in Salesforce
Review BRD, FSD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
Identify impacted modules (Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Accounts, CPQ, Communities)
Prepare Test Strategy & Estimation, Participate in sprint planning & backlog grooming, Functional Testing (Core Responsibility),
Perform end-to-end testing of CRM flows:
Sales Cloud
Lead capture & conversion
Account & Contact creation
Opportunity lifecycle
Product & Pricebook validation
Quote & Order flow
Activity tracking (Tasks, Events)
Service Cloud
Case creation (manual, email-to-case, web-to-case)
Case assignment rules
Escalations & SLAs
Entitlements & Milestones
Knowledge articles
Omni-channel routing
Experience / Community Cloud
Partner/Customer login
Role based access
Case/Opportunity visibility
Self-service flows
Integration Testing
Validate Salesforce integrations with:
Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi)

Validate request/response
