Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Data Engineer - Developer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and analysis, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and analytical solutions. As a Data Analyst (Data Engineer - Developer), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure the integrity and accessibility of our data. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support various business needs. 
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. 
• Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. 
• Implement data security best practices and ensure compliance with data governance policies. 
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. 
• Develop and maintain data models and database designs to support analytical and reporting needs. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and analytics. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 
• 3 to 6 years of experience in data engineering and analysis. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and database design. 
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Python, Java, Scala, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and AWS services. 
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty or similar certification. 
• Experience with machine learning and data science concepts. 
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. 
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
