Your work profile
The Program / Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts.
This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Program & Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of programs or client accounts, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
- Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track progress against KPIs and SLAs; proactively address delivery risks and issues
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, sales, support) to ensure timely execution
Client / Account Management
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts or programs
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable program plans
- Lead regular client reviews, status meetings, and executive updates
- Manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally and effectively
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own program or account financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and contract compliance
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, renewals, and account expansion
Governance & Reporting
- Establish governance models, communication plans, and escalation frameworks
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, contractual obligations, and risk controls
Continuous Improvement & Strategy
- Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements across programs/accounts
- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices
- Partner with leadership on account strategy, growth planning, and long‑term client success
Key skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Account Management, or Client Delivery roles
- Proven experience managing complex programs or large enterprise accounts
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Expo would be a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
- Experience in technology, IT services, consulting, or managed services environments
- Exposure to global delivery or multi‑geography teams
- Experience working with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders
