Your work profile 

 

Survey Design & Implementation

  • Design and build advanced surveys using Qualtrics XM platform
  • Implement complex logic, branching, scoring, and embedded data
  • Develop customer journey and lifecycle surveys
  • Configure multi-channel distribution (email, SMS, web intercepts, QR codes)
  • Ensure surveys follow research best practices and UX standards

Workflow Automation & Integrations

  • Configure Qualtrics workflows, alerts, and automated actions
  • Integrate Qualtrics with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), HRIS, and other enterprise tools
  • Manage API integrations and data pipelines
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CCPA where applicable)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports within Qualtrics
  • Analyze trends, sentiment, and key drivers
  • Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations

Program Management

  • Manage end-to-end CX/EX programs
  • Monitor response rates and optimize engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing for surveys
  • Support Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, HR, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide consultation on survey methodology and design
  • Train internal teams on Qualtrics usage and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics
  • Experience building advanced surveys and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of research methodology and survey design principles
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
