• Role Summary
• The Consultant – Banking Enterprise Architecture supports the design and development of solution and enterprise architecture components for large banking transformation programs. The role works across core banking, lending, payments, and digital platforms, contributing to architecture deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient solution delivery.
• Consultants, responsible for customer relationship management, projects delivery, mentoring other practitioners and associates, high quality output in communication and all deliverables. Delivers as an individual contributor

Key Skills

• Education - B.Tech/BE
• 3–5 years of experience in banking IT, solution architecture, or technology consulting
• Exposure to core banking systems (e.g., deposits, lending, payments) and digital banking platforms
• Develop solution architecture artifacts, including application, integration, and data architecture views
• Conduct fit–gap analysis to map business requirements to banking platforms and identify solution options
• Support core banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, and associated platform enhancements
• Work closely with business analysts, technology teams, architects, and infrastructure specialists to enable end-to-end solution design
• Participate in architecture reviews, documentation, and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards

• Technical Skills

  • Understanding of system architecture fundamentals, data flows, APIs, and integration concepts
