Your work profile
- Manage day-to-day ITSM operations in a 24/7 support environment.
- Handle major incidents, escalations, and service restoration activities.
- Monitor enterprise applications and infrastructure using monitoring tools.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams for issue resolution and service continuity.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service performance updates.
- Participate in operational reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and support teams in German and English.
Key Skills Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in ITSM operations or service management environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and operational processes.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Experience managing major incidents and critical escalations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and rotational/24x7 support models.
- Education: Any Bachelors
