Your work profile
We are looking for an ITSM professional with around 3 years of experience to support product teams across the portfolio in quality, governance, and audit compliance activities. The role will focus on managing and maintaining required artifacts, supporting reviews, tracking compliance readiness, and coordinating with teams to ensure process adherence. The person will also support other portfolio and team-level operational activities as needed.
- Support product teams in quality and audit compliance activities across the portfolio
- Manage, organize, and maintain project and compliance artifacts
- Review artifacts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards
- Track audit, governance, and compliance requirements and follow up with teams for closure
- Coordinate with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure required documentation is up to date
- Assist in internal reviews, quality checks, and audit preparation activities
- Support portfolio-level reporting, trackers, dashboards, and status updates
- Help drive consistency in ITSM processes, templates, and governance practices
Key skills required:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Center
- Education Any Bachelor’s/Master’s
- Good understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Delivery
- Experience in audit support, compliance tracking, documentation review, and artifact management
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple teams
- Good knowledge of process governance, quality checks, and control requirements
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting trackers
- Exposure to ITIL practices or ITIL certification
- Experience supporting portfolio governance or PMO-related activities
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms
- Experience in internal or external audit coordination
- Basic understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
- 3 years of relevant experience in ITSM, governance, compliance, or quality support roles
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks across teams
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
