Your work profile

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in ITSM and Cloud Advisory to support strategic initiatives, KPI-driven analysis, and executive-level reporting 

• Assess and analyze existing ITSM landscapes and operational processes.
• Evaluate cloud infrastructure and services to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and analytical deliverables.
• Define, track, and visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across IT and cloud environments.
• Deliver insights through data-driven analysis and conceptual problem-solving.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Good understanding of Cloud Services and Infrastructure environments.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Experience in creating executive-level presentations and reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in KPI tracking, reporting, and dashboard visualization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables effectively.
• Education-Any Bachelors
