Job Title: Team Lead | PMO - Finance / IT PM | Bengaluru | Finance Transformation
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Finance team in managing and forecasting trade spends and accruals, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in reconciling trade spend balances, monitoring variances, and providing insights to improve forecast accuracy and control.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Controllership, to ensure alignment on trade spend data and financial processes.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices to enhance financial control and efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to assist decision-making,
- Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Preferable experience in a Finance Controllership role, with a strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and accrual management.
- FMCG experience is a plus, though not mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
