Learn more about Human Capital Practice Your work profile· Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Core HCM· Translate business needs into functional requirements.· Configure Workday Core HCM to meet business requirements.· Set up benefits plans module-specific configurations.· Implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as needed.· Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured modules.· Collaborate with stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements.· Configure integrations between core HCM and other relevant HR systems.· Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.· Provide training and support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers on the usage of core HCM modules.· Address user inquiries and issues related to module functionality.· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.· Develop user guides and training materials. Key skills required: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.· Workday HCM certification, particularly in core HCM.· Proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules.· Strong understanding of HR business processes related to core HCM· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Strong communication and collaboration skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.· Experience with change management and training strategies is a plus
