Your work profile

Technical Managed Services PMO

Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT/technical projects

Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables

Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth project execution

Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking

Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and processes

Facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder communications

Manage and monitor IT service processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management

Ensure SLA compliance and track service performance metrics

Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Maintain ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and ensure data accuracy

Prepare service reports, dashboards, and performance insights

Support audits and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in ITSM and/or PMO roles
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
