Your work profile

The Transition Lead oversees end-to-end transition projects, ensuring smooth migration of processes, systems, or services with minimal disruption to business operations. This includes planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead transition projects from initiation to closure
• Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, HR, finance)
• Conduct process due diligence and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure documentation of processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Monitor transition progress and provide regular status updates
• Manage stakeholder expectations (clients, internal leadership, vendors)
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and SLAs
• Support post-transition stabilization and handover

Key Skills Required:

• Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall knowledge preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Risk assessment and problem-solving ability
• Process mapping and documentation expertise
• Leadership and team coordination
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, transitions, or operations
• Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma
• Education: Any Bachelors
